The attraction for many in summer is of course Lake Zell. Whether in the lake itself or in the lido right on the shore – fans of swimming and water sports don’t miss out here, while sun-bathers look for their spot on the large lawns. On cloudy days, the Zell am See leisure center with its large indoor pool and the Tauern Spa in Kaprun are places to go for anyone who wants to go into the water. Many attractions are located in the surrounding region, which is particularly good for bikers who just want to take a dip in the water.

There are numerous natural gems to be discovered on holiday in Pinzgau. Motorcyclists aren’t the only ones to gain a concentrated load of impressions when driving along the Grossglockner High Alpine Road with a view of Austria’s highest mountain massif. The Kaprun reservoir power plant also promises breathtaking views. The Krimmler Waterfalls, the Sigmund Thun Gorge or the Leogang Show Mine are also worth discovering. In addition, numerous museums and the nearby wildlife and leisure park Ferleiten are waiting to be explored. Many of these hotspots can also be reached with cable cars and mountain railways or with the Zeller See boat trip.
