Competition

As part of our competition, we are giving away a 2-night stay for 2 people in the period from 01.05.2024 – 01.07.2024.

All Facebook/Instagram followers of the Lenni*s Apartments Facebook/Instagram page who comment on the competition post during the competition period will be entered into the competition. A winner will be chosen at random from all the answers and contacted by private message (only from the official Lenni*s Apartments account).

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE COMPETITION

The organizer of the competition is Lenni*s Apartments. The competition is in no way connected to Facebook or Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Facebook or Instagram. All questions, comments or complaints about the competition should be directed exclusively to Lenni*s Apartments and not to Facebook or Instagram. Lenni*s Apartments indemnifies Facebook and Instagram against all liability claims in relation to the competition. The recipient of the information provided by the participant is not Instagram, but Lenni*s Apartments.

By participating in the competition, the participant agrees to the conditions of participation. Lenni*s Apartments is responsible for the organization, processing and provision of prizes and distribution of prizes.

Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services.

The competition is aimed exclusively at consumers.

ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE

Participants can enter the competition by commenting on (liking, sharing, etc.) the competition post during the competition period. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts the following conditions of participation regarding the competition procedure.

The participant declares that he or she has reached the age of 18.

Natural persons with their main place of residence within the EU are eligible to participate.

The participant is the owner of the Facebook or Instagram profile. The participant agrees that Lenni*s Apartments may collect all data necessary for the execution and handling of the competition. All participants are entitled to withdraw their participation in the Lenni*s Apartments competition at any time.

ORGANIZATION OF THE COMPETITION

Participation in the competition is only possible in the period from 14.04.2024 up to and including 21.04.2024 23:59.

Multiple entries are possible and increase the chances of winning. In addition, a story mention with a link to @lennisapartments can increase the chance of winning. The exact redemption procedure will be communicated to the winner after the draw.

The winners will be selected at random and will be notified by 26.04.2024. The winner must confirm receipt of the prize notification to Lenni*s Apartments within 3 working days of receipt and provide Lenni*s Apartments with the data required for the transfer of the respective prize. Otherwise, Lenni*s Apartments is entitled to draw a new winner.

The winner will be determined in camera.

The claim to the prize cannot be assigned. Warranty or guarantee claims for winnings against Lenni*s Apartments are excluded. No invoices will be issued for winnings.

The prize may also be subsequently revoked and/or reclaimed if it was obtained through manipulation or any other violation of the applicable laws, other legal provisions or these Terms and Conditions of Participation. The organizer reserves the right to provide an adequate substitute prize if the prize originally presented is no longer available.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE PROFIT

The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.

Lenni*s Apartments reserves the right, if the prize has not been accepted within 3 working days, to redraw the prize draw among the remaining participants if time permits or at a later date. Furthermore, Lenni*s Apartments reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely if external circumstances make this necessary or if there is a requirement to do so by external parties.

GENERAL

A cash payment, payment in kind or exchange of the prize is not possible. The prize is not transferable. The winner accepts any necessary changes to the prize due to other factors beyond the control of the companies involved in the competition.

The decisions of Lenni*s Apartments are final. Inquiries in this regard cannot be answered. Lenni*s Apartments reserves the right to suspend the competition in whole or in part if difficulties arise that jeopardize the integrity of the competition.

Lenni*s Apartments hereby points out that the conditions of participation are subject to change without notice.

Any liability for damages on the part of Lenni*s Apartments and its organs, employees and vicarious agents arising from or in connection with the competition, irrespective of the legal grounds, shall be limited to cases of intent or gross negligence, insofar as this is legally permissible.

The personal data provided by participants as part of the competition will be collected and stored by Lenni*s Apartments solely for the purpose of conducting and handling the competition. Any further use will not take place. Lenni*s Apartments – Katharina Latini is the controller within the meaning of the applicable data protection laws.
